Moroccan Cooking Class - April 3rd


After my trip to Morocco a few years ago, I've been trying all kinds of delicious Moroccan dishes.  I'm excited to teach a Moroccan cooking class at the newly opened Local Cider Taproom in Tulsa using my tagine cooking vessel and spice mixtures from my travels.  I'll be demonstrating cooking techniques and ingredients that are popular in Moroccan cuisine, and Local Cider will be creating delicious distilled beverages at an additional cost to pair with the dishes.
